The therapy rooms used for in person therapy. There are two chairs and it is a cosy office space

The premises I use for face-to-face sessions is self contained with toilet facilities on site. There is free on road parking nearby and good bus and train links from Southampton city centre and surrounding areas of Woolston, Hamble, Netley, Bursledon, Weston, Bitterne and the wider area.

The chairs used in room have a seat width of 75cm and max load of 130kg. Currently the room is not wheelchair accessible but there is only one step into the room. Once inside the lighting, heating and seating can be adjusted to suit your needs.

For clients who would prefer to attend their sessions from the comfort of their own home, I also offer remote counselling via an online video call platform. All you need is a quiet, private room where you won't have distractions, a comfortable place to sit and a good internet connection.
