My Experience
I have a first class degree in Person-Centred Counselling & Psychotherapy and have worked as a counselling therapist for various charities across the Southampton area. My role within these organisations was to provide short to long term, one to one talk therapy for an array of clients.
This has given me a depth of experience in areas such as gender identity, sexuality, ADHD, relationship diversity, anger, abuse, depression, anxiety, childhood, adolescent and adult trauma, low self esteem, managing boundaries, as well as working to destigmatise and understand holistically the diagnosis of borderline personality disorder.
